Elden Ring: How to Break Shining Statues & Contents
FromSoftware usually offers at least a cryptic clue as to what to do next in their game.Although not always, here is how you can enter the glowing statues in the Elden Ring and claim the reward inside!
Despite having the power to kill true Gods, some things are too difficult for a Hand-Lord to conquer. This includes statues scattered around the Lands In Between, with a blue glow emanating from a large crack.
It is clear to any experienced player that these statues contain something you will want to get your hands on. However, what is not clear is how to crack them. Here's how you can do it!
We know you can find a breakable statue here:
Because you can't break them on your own, instead you have to lure a large enemy type to smash them for you.
This is not always obvious. In fact, you can figure it out just to make you think the game is wrong.
Take the Stormveil Castle statue, for example. The enemy of Omen is a great man. You would think you could crush this statue like an insect.
But you would be wrong. He just isn't strong enough. The good news is that his friend around the corner certainly does.
Go up the stairs and kill the deadly birds for this special statue. Next, you'll find a giant Troll where you first met Nepheli Loux. Godrick is right in front of the fog door.
Take out his entourage, then get his attention.
Now you need to go back to the statue, make sure it is on its tail. Convince him towards the statue and have him smash it into pieces. Now kill it and get what's inside.
This is the method you should use for each sculpture. So, if you find one, remember that there is a giant enemy nearby!
So this is another Elden Ring mystery solved. Did you find any more glowing statues? Let us know in the comments!
