While not the heaviest hitter, he has a uniquely useful ability that makes all of his attacks completely unblockable. It also deals Divine damage instead of physical damage, which can be extremely powerful with certain character builds.

The Coded Sword is a particularly unique weapon in Elden Ring. Not only does Holy damage do, but his weapon skill makes your attacks completely unblockable!

Where to Find the Encrypted Sword in Elden Ring – Location + Map

• First, you'll need to know how to get to the Altus Plateau.
• Next, you'll need to head east to Leyndell, the Royal Capital.
• To the southwest of Leyndell, right next to the Grace Lower Capital Church District, you'll find an abandoned horse stable. Jump onto the roof and enter the building. You will be in a copy of Roundtable Hold.
• Next, turn left and pass where the blacksmith will be, and go to the right where the main table is.
• Open the large door leading up the stairs in the southwest.
• Climb the stairs and there's the Coded Sword on the throne!
