You will need 20 Power and 14 Skills to use the Jellyfish Shield, and the shield has a D rating for the Power scale. You can also upgrade it using Somber Smithing Stones.

Moreover, the powerful weapon ability Contagious Rage only costs 9 Focus Points, so it is suitable for building even with a low Mind.
