Diablo Immortal guide: How to use controllers on mobile and PC
Diablo Immortal is the latest experience fans can get from the iconic series, and to make things easy, Blizzard has included both crossplay and cross-progression into the game.
In simpler terms, a player can stop playing on their PC and continue the same journey on their mobile. As a result, players can enjoy controllers on both platforms and installing them is not a very difficult task.
The latest Diablo experience offers a whole new free-to-play experience to all players. Diablo Immortal is not far from controversy as there are big question marks over the game's microtransactions. That said, the core gameplay is still solid and offered at no additional cost. With controller support, it allows players not to rely on touch controls to play the game.
For mobile phones, the only possible hardware controls are in the form of controllers. The default settings on computers are keyboard and mouse. However, this does not mean that gamers cannot use controllers on PCs.
Connecting a controller to a PC is pretty easy, especially if it's a wired controller. Players will only need to plug in the controller using the USB cable and the controller will be ready to use.
If this is a Bluetooth controller, the device must be connected via Bluetooth settings. Players should select 'Add Bluetooth or other devices' in settings and make sure the remote is turned on. This causes Windows to automatically detect the device and add it to the list of connected devices. This allows players to transfer their controllers to Diablo Immortal.
Physical connection cannot be used on mobile devices and only wireless devices can be used. The process is simple. Players will have to go to the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone. When the controller is turned on, the device will appear in the list and once connected, players will be able to use the controller while playing Diablo Immortal on mobile devices.
