Genshin Impact 3.0 leaks: New Dendro elemental reaction names and effects revealed

Genshin Impact 3.0 will bring a ton of new reactions to the game thanks to the addition of the Dendro element. This long-awaited element by the community seems to shake the game when added.

The Dendro element reacts with several of the game's existing elements, allowing for unique combinations that provide powerful effects in combat. Fans will want to make sure they take advantage of these new reactions when the item launches later this year.

All current Dendro reactions revealed by Genshin Impact 3.0 leaks
Genshin Impact's latest update will bring a whole new element for players to use, along with a few new reactions. The Dendro item is a completely unique new option for players to use in battle, allowing them to take down enemies with new strategies and power-ups. Using the new item will be the key to success in Genshin's future, and fans can get an early glimpse into its implications here.

1) Pyro + Dendro: Burn

Combining the Pyro and Dendro creates the Burning reaction, dealing damage over time to enemies affected by it. This reaction was the only one players had access to before Dendro was fully introduced into the game, and it appears to be usable to great effect against enemies with large health pools such as bosses and other massive enemies.

2) Dendro + Hydro: Overgrown

The Overgrown reaction is the most unique among the Dendro reactions ever leaked, as it will occur when Hydro and Dendro meet. This effect causes a small seed to spawn, and hitting that seed with Hydro causes it to bloom and turn into a fungus. These mushrooms will then turn into an AOE of Dendro damage, allowing players to destroy huge groups of enemies with a single blast.

3) Electro + Dendro: Condensed

Condensed reaction is the last leaked reaction players will be able to use when Dendro is released, providing players with insane damage buffs.


This reaction occurs when Dendro and Electro combine, reducing the enemy's resistance to both Electro and Dendro for a few seconds. This allows them to deal tons of damage and destroy even the toughest enemies in that time frame.

Other Dendro reactions

Dendro's other reactions have yet to be leaked, and it's possible the element isn't merging with Cryo, Anemo, or Geo. It would be surprising to see these elements left out, but when it comes to Cryo it can actually be beneficial that Dendro doesn't react with the element. This can allow players to use their Meltdown and Incinerate reactions at the same time, which can cause a ton of damage.
