Genshin Impact leaks reveal new artifacts with Dendro and EM stats

Sumeru is a brand new region in Genshin Impact that will be released in just a few months. Along with Sumeru, the game is getting ready to release brand new art sets for the characters.

One of the work sets will focus on the Dendro characters. This is clearly understandable, as Sumeru is a region to revolve around the element Dendro. However, there is another set of artifacts that will be dedicated to basic mastery (EM).

Thus, it is a clear indication that the game will focus more on elemental reactions. Apart from that, it also gives an idea of ​​what kind of characters will be released in the coming days.

Detailed descriptions for Dendro and EM building sets leaked on Genshin Impact

Before we go any further, it's important to mention that the new set of artifacts for both Dendro and elemental mastery will debut in Genshin Impact patch 3.0. Therefore, fans will have to wait until at least the end of August before they can start farming in the same way.

Deep Forest Memories 15% Dendro Damage Increase (2 pieces bonus)

When the enemy takes elemental damage, Dendro's resistance is reduced by 25% for 8 seconds. Can be triggered when a damaging character is out of the field (4 pieces bonus)

This is the standard Dendro build set that most characters of the same element will likely use after their release in Genshin Impact. In fact, it's very similar to the Viridescent Venerer often used by Anemo characters.

The only difference is that in the case of the Viridescent Venerer, the damage shredding is much more than for it. Even then, Dendro can be strong depending on the kits of his characters.

Ornamental Golden DreamElemental Mastery increased by 80 (2 pieces bonus)

Effect triggered after basic reactions. Causes the bearer to gain x/x/x% ATK if 1/2/3 characters of the same element are on the team. Causes the bearer to gain x/x/x EM for 8 seconds if the team has 1/2/3 character different elements. Can be triggered while the carrier is out of bounds (4 pieces bonus)

If a particular party has more than one character of the same element, the person wearing this set will strengthen their attack. Other than that, if there are multiple characters with different elements in the same party, the person with this set will improve their elemental mastery.

This set certainly looks pretty powerful as it could be applicable to a plethora of characters and builds. In fact, it can also be effective for some characters (Kuki Shinobu or Yae Miko) with abilities that scale based on the base mastery on the current roster.

In any case, between these two sets, it seems to be the second one that has caught the attention of fans. This is because base mastery is a very powerful stat in Genshin Impact. Therefore, a build set dedicated to it is always welcome.

Other than that, considering the 4-piece bonus it has, it could work universally for a few elemental teams. The other set that focuses on Dendro looks pretty average right now. Obviously, the ultimate damage output will depend on how strong Dendro is as an element.
