Genshin Impact may introduce a new character based on Su's model in HI3

The latest sources revealed that the upcoming 5-star Genshin Impact character will be based on the character design from SU's Honkai Impact 3rd.

miHoYo has already done this with Raiden Shogun and Yae Miko taking inspiration from Honkai Impact 3rd. If they maintain the same level of detail as the upcoming new 5-star, players will be thrilled with the results.

Genshin Impact: New 5-star, possibly based on SU's HI3 model

Reliable sources shared a major leak regarding an upcoming 5-star debut on Sumeru. Based on the leaks, sources claimed that another Honkai Impact 3rd character design was allowed to be exported to the Genshin Impact universe.


The exported character is SU from HI3, a fusion warrior and member of Project: VALUKA. SU was a former scientist for Fire Moth, an organization of the Old World in Honkai. The official HI3 manga has announced that SU will be imprisoning itself in Seed of Sumeru. This means that the developers may have planned for SU to also exist in the Genshin Impact universe.


The SU-based 5-star character mentioned in the leaks will be the same as Sumeru's first character to be featured in the event posters. This upcoming 5-star unit allegedly uses Dendro's vision.


This will also be the first playable Sumeru male character introduced with the release of Sumeru in patch 3.0 update. There are also many characters scheduled to be released in Sumeru, so players should start saving their Primogem for future characters, including Dendro Archon.

What else to expect from Sumeru and Genshin Impact's 3.0 patch?

There are a lot of things to watch out for in the new 3.0 patch, which will release many new characters to play alongside the new playable region Sumeru.

Players should also be excited that the new Dendro element is finally available in Genshin Impact after the release of Sumeru. Travelers will also be able to change their element to Dendro.

Dendro will bring a new style of play with the familiar new reactions Intensified and Overgrown. It is only known that Dendro can only react with Hydro and Electro, the buff that Electro element has long sought.
