Season 5: Tropical Vision launched just three weeks before the season 6 announcement. It was announced on May 23 and launched on June 1. These are exceptionally short seasons, but each brings some new and interesting gameplay additions.

What's in COD Mobile Season 6?

COD Mobile is making its challenge in season six To The Skies, and players will feel the difference in a number of ways. The new season will revitalize the game and add new levels to the complex mobile experience.

The reason for entering the season is because a new aircraft and anti-aircraft gun are introduced into the game. The Jackal is a fighter aircraft that can be used to fight in dogfights. Meanwhile, the Anti-Air Gun is a surface-to-air missile site that can be used to take out enemy Coyotes.

Perhaps the biggest update to come with this season is the new map Favela. In order not to confuse it with the map of the same name of Modern Warfare II, the map that came to mobile is transferred from Call of Duty: Ghosts. This new medium-sized area will be a welcome addition to the 26 maps brought over from previous games.

Alongside the Jackal is an event that players can participate in to earn rewards throughout the season. The Jackal Fueled Up Event challenges players to collect upgrade tokens for the Operator Robotist, who will use them for fuel. Prizes such as the Epic KN-44 Silver Jet can be earned.

Just like its predecessors, season 6 brings new challenges and the promise of tons of XP. Players can earn the new L-CAR 9, an automatic pistol introduced in Black Ops III.
