GTA 6 Story Details, Online Map, Release Date Leaked

Earlier this year, Rockstar confirmed it was working on GTA 6, the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise.

The developer hasn't revealed any further details about the game since then, but that hasn't stopped the leaks and inside information. Previous Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks had claimed that GTA 6 could return to Vice City and feature an evolving map like Fortnite. A new report from Xfire states that inside Rockstar, Matheusvictorbr has revealed some details about the history of GTA 6, the release date and GTA Online.

The story of GTA 6 is set to follow twin brothers who were separated after their parents were killed by a cartel in 2003. The campaign could be launched in 2023 or 2024 when the two brothers meet on opposite sides. The prologue to this story could take place in Brazil. One of the brothers becomes a DOA agent who could be a parody version of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The other brother works for the cartel that killed his family. The leaker hasn't revealed whether any of these characters will be playable. The report also claims that GTA 6 can take place in Carcer City and Vice City. Carcer City was previously part of another Rockstar game, Manhunt. The open world of GTA 6 can also contain destructible buildings. The report states that, similar to previous leaks, GTA 6 could be released in 2024.

The leaker also mentioned game modes like Cops 'n Crooks, as well as GTA Online, which could include an expanded map to add Liberty City, as well as a battle between players and enemy Don Percival. The leak also states that up to 20 new radio stations could be added to GTA 6, including Carcer Soul FM. Information about GTA 6 should also be taken with a pinch of salt, as none of this has been confirmed by Rockstar so far. Rockstar will share more details about the game as it nears release.
